Consultative Support
The Advisory Services Department at Triad is available to answer any questions you have about our fee-based offerings. You will find that our approach is truly consultative. We help you evaluate the products/programs that best fit your firm’s goals and objectives and give you the flexibility to manage each client relationship as you see appropriate. We also provide pre-approved marketing materials to assist your communication with your investors. We offer a number of opportunities in which you can learn about the fee-based options available to you.
Each year, we host the Triad Fee Symposium, a conference centered on fee-based business. During this two-day event, you have the opportunity to learn about some of our Strategic Partners and hear how other financial advisors are building their fee-based practice.
In addition, we present the Triad Advantage Series. This Web-based meeting introduces you to the latest in fee-based best practices across the industry. During this online conference, you will become familiar with some of our Strategic Partners and gain valuable industry insight. At the end of each session, you will also receive a brief description of the partner and how they can help you grow your practice or improve your efficiencies.
Operational Support
We have developed our own fee billing and management system that allows us to take the administrative burden off your shoulders. The following is provided for MAS fee-based accounts at Triad:
- Fee debiting
- Quarterly management fee reports
- Investment advisory contracts
- Fee notifications and disclosures to the investor
Operational training is provided online every month. We review in detail all fee-based account paperwork, as well as common mistakes to avoid and best practice ideas. Our goal is to minimize client frustrations and maximize your firm’s efficiencies.
