e-Notification gives you the option of suppressing paper statements and confirms via US mail and obtaining them through your myStreetscape® sign-on.

Once the you request e-Notification through myStreetscape®, you will receive an email informing you of the availability of your NFS statements and/or confirms for viewing.

do I sign up?

Below you will find 10 easy steps on how to sign up for e-Notification.

 

10 Steps  

  1. Log on to myStreetscape®.
  2. Under the Summary tab, select the account you wish to enroll for e-Notification.
  3. Click the “Select Action” dropdown box to the right of the screen and select “Account Details” to designate the account for e-Notification.
  4. Select “Edit Account Details”.
  5. Under the “Account Holders” dropdown list, click the plus (+) sign for the account you wish to designate for e-Notification.
  6. Enter the email address you wish to send the e-Notifications to, then enter again for verification.
  7. Under the “Account Characteristics” dropdown list, click the plus (+) sign to expand the account details.
  8. Under “Document Delivery”, select “Online” from the dropdown box for both Confirms and Statements & Regulatory Inserts.
  9. Select the designated pre-filled email address from the “Email” dropdown box to receive e-Notifications. Be sure to save this information by clicking the “Save Edits” button.
  10. Finally, click “OK” to read and accept the agreement, then click “I Agree”.
