Triad Advisors is proud to offer one of the industry’s most competitive compensation structures, with average payouts of approximately 90%. Too often, advisors make the mistake of chasing payout and assuming all broker/dealers offer comparable services. Nothing could be further from the truth. In order to provide our advisors with the most valuable, long-term broker/dealer experience possible, we must operate on a reasonable margin. This enables us to continuously refine and enhance our platform and ensure we are always providing the highest level and sophistication of services and solutions possible.
Simply put, Triad provides the highest payout possible without compromising our commitment to quality and helping advisors build, manage and protect their business more efficiently. Prior to determining actual payout, we will consider the following:
- Gross Annual Revenue for the Branch.
- Approximate Product Mix
- Supervisory (OSJ) Structure of the Branch
- RIA Structure for Advisory Business
Once we have reviewed this information, along with advisor’s regulatory, legal and credit history, we will prepare a formal proposal outlining the terms and structure of the partnership with Triad, including payouts and transition support.
